The new concept of “Social Housing<\/strong>” at Made Expo<\/strong> in Milan<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In this autumn really full of appointments we started with the excellent experience at Cersaie in Bologna<\/strong> in the company of Jacuzzi <\/strong>, and we are now preparing to live a similar experience but in a different context: at Made Expo<\/strong> in Milan, scheduled from October 5 to 8, we will be present within a thematic setting in order to create new living suggestions.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is the exhibition “Social Home Design, Living the Future<\/em><\/strong><\/a> ” – a project curated by Carlo Matthey<\/strong> of My Exhibition<\/strong> in collaboration with Federlegnoarredo<\/strong> and Made Expo<\/strong> – set up in Hall 7 and dedicated to a current theme that will become central in the development of residential construction: technical and sustainable solutions for the realization of quality low-cost housing, i.e., social housing, which is expected to be an important destination for investment – public and private – in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An opportunity that will see the generation of a new urban landscape<\/strong> and new housing modes in which design and quality of materials can challenge energy and environmental requirements within accessible economic parameters. A great test in which the synergies between architectural envelope, materials, systems and finishes will have to dialogue according to coherent and highly professional languages. Architects, technicians and manufacturers<\/strong> will team up to meet future housing needs and land redevelopment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the exhibition presents itself as one of the first “laboratories” in which to compare and experiment with ideas, concepts and solutions<\/strong> and bring attention to such a vast and at the same time specific topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Social Home Design, Living the Future<\/em><\/strong>” is spread over an area of 1,000 square meters and hosts several exhibition installations signed by authoritative names in the architecture and design scene, made with products mainly made in Italy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, it will be the setting of theproject“Rinascimento<\/em><\/strong>” <\/a>signed by the studio of architect and designer Marco Piva<\/strong>, active in Italy and abroad, which will host our products in another co-branding operation with Jacuzzi<\/strong>, for which the same Piva has recently designed Moove<\/em><\/strong>, a complete and coordinated series of bathroom products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Marco Piva himself explains his project in these words, “A new housing model, which refers to industrial production technologies to encourage the containment of construction costs, transportation and installation time, while ensuring a high level of sustainability: technical solutions capable of reducing environmental impact and energy consumption, the rational use of renewable natural energies and the recovery of non-renewable resources<\/em>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, too, this initiative represents a further moment of development, to strengthen the synergies already in place and to continue to experiment in a concrete way with advanced and innovative solutions, rich not only in suggestions but also in practical implications in the present and future economy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
