The current socio-economic situation, due to the extraordinariness of the historical moment we are going through, puts the Veneto region, the beating heart of the Italian “industrial triangle,” in front of one of the most complex challenges since the Second World War. In the past month, Berti Pavimenti Legno has repeatedly made important decisions to cope with the Covid-19 health emergency in the best way possible, setting as a priority the corporate social responsibility, apt to guarantee the health of its staff and the concomitant business continuity, which unfortunately culminated in the necessary total closure to counter and avoid the spread of the epidemic. <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In these days, when the golden rule is forced stay-at-home, our usual daily rituals have been brutally disrupted, catapulting us into an unexpected extraordinariness. Our more emotional side and sensitivity emerges. However, we feel it is important to put uncertainty and anxiety rushes aside, preferring to keep positivity high and sharing with you the benefits of our wood floors. It is, in fact, well known that wood is the material par excellence, capable of positively changing our daily lives thanks to the feelings it exudes: protection and relaxation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the place where we feel safest and most secure is the Home: it is being transformed from a dwelling into a multifunctional and aggregative space. This metamorphosis suggests to us that domestic architecture will undergo a radical change in the immediate future. We are convinced, in fact, that as a consequence of the health emergency, we are developing in our inner selves<\/strong> a greater sensitivity to the concept of health that will make us in the future more conscious in our choice of building materials, in favor of those that guarantee health benefits.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some time now, research and tests in the field of furniture have been confirming the importance of the psychophysiological effects of the materials used. Behind this issue lies a potential improvement of spaces in which people stay for extended periods of time. Reviewing the interior fittings of these places, encouraging the use of wood as a building element, can prevent numerous health problems and provide long-term benefits.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
