Produced with a particular water-based varnish, is subsequently scraped and stained. The scrapring gives the parquet a worn look by creating different irregular undulations for each board.
The stain “morciatura” on the other hand, is performed immediately after the scraping phase making a sort of massage, plank by plank using natural pigments.
This prestigious process gives the pre-finished European Walnut scraped and stained a darker and warmer tone.
