LONDON DESIGN WEEK 2019
Just finished 4 days dedicated to the international design fair in the creative heart of London, during which we presented Berti and Diesel Living with Berti wood flooring.
London Design Week has become among the most creative destinations of international interest in recent years, attracting more than 29,000 visitors, most of them professionals.
TheOld Truman Brewery, in London’s East End, is famous for having been one of the largest breweries in the 19th century, making it an ideal location to host the London Design Fair because of its post-industrial atmosphere.
THE BATHROOM GALLERY
Berti parquet floors were selected for the project “DNA Made in Italy” by Arch. Marco Poletti, which in turn was placed in the event “The Bathrooom Gallery ” – in collaboration with Elle Decoration Uk and the talented designer Ioana Lopascu.

Through this event we wanted to propose the style ofItalian excellence with a space dedicated to two Vision born from the idea and the need to investigate the relationship between human being and Habitat: Urban&Nature, two worlds at the antipodes and complementary at the same time.
“Urban” is the world of vibrant colors and strong contrasts; cool tones that, ignited by points of color light, render a typically metropolitan modern fairy tale.
So here are 2 of the most impactful products in the Diesel Living with Berti collection, with a strong expressive charge and chromatic intensity with an incisive material impact: True Indigo and the Black Shadow.
Vision “Nature,” on the other hand, comes alive and breathes in an environment where materials and colors warm the space and regenerate it with emotional chromatics. The wooden floor for this space, composed of the San Jose quadrotta from the “Square Space” collection, has a pattern that can evoke the refrain of the undulations of the beach and the ripples of the ocean while, the alternation of warm colors evokes the logs of forests.
