Berti parquets enter The Florian
The hallmarks of this ambitious project to which Berti took part in are cutting-edge design and a prime Toronto location: located at 76 Davenport Rd in Toronto, it was built by Diamante Development Corporation. The Florian is, in fact, a luxury choice for those who need to stay in the Canadian city with service excellence and exclusivity. Positioned in close proximity to green areas and just minutes from the city’s destinations of interest. The complex has 22 floors, with a total of 90 apartments.

The building was designed by Canadian architectural firm Young + Wright / IBI Group Architects, which brings together a collective of designers, managers and engineers who work together to create people-friendly spaces in which materials are chosen to give meaning and habitability to the spaces. Interior finishes are carefully designed and selected to represent new ideas and futuristic cues. With this in mind, the choice to use Berti prefinished parquet is to be considered a tribute to the constant search for quality inherent in products made entirely in Italy.
We offer some shots “of the typical apartment,” which will be able to meet the tastes of both more traditionalist clients and those closer to a modern aesthetic. In each suite, light is the protagonist, thanks to large windows and high ceilings: guests can benefit from an environment where airiness and sophistication are expertly blended.

Berti supplied about 2,000 square meters of prefinished parquet flooring in three- and two-ply planks, in different woods and finishes including: Berti Antico Rovere and Cabreuva, Berti Lux Iroko and BertiStudio Avantgarde Metal Antracite.
All finishes and moldings have been carefully selected to have the finest materials. A combination of open space and comfort created and designed for an unparalleled living experience.
