Berti Flooring Wood enters the world of Diesel Living
Berti Pavimenti Legno announces a collaboration agreement with Diesel as part of the “Diesel Living“ furniture and lifestyle project, which since 2008 has seen the famous brand headed by Renzo Rosso link up with a series of strictly Made in Italy excellences in the Design sector, where the one with Berti represents the first official partnership between a fashion brand and wood flooring.
In fact, the Diesel Living collection now counts on the collaboration of Foscarini for lighting, Moroso for furniture, Seletti for accessories, Scavolini for the kitchen and Zucchi for fabrics. All leading Italian companies in their specific sector.
This opens up an opportunity for Berti to dialogue with a new audience and explore different ways of living and dwelling, but also to reconfirm itself in a segment of its market made up of existing architects, interior designers, contract designers and retail outlets.
The design of the collection “Diesel Living with Berti” is by Diesel Creative Team, while Berti brings to the partnership its know-how in product development and marketing on an international scale with techniques and creativity never before used in the wood flooring industry.
Thus, innovative languages are born – from theUrban Greys to True Colors, from the Wood Textures to Shadow, from the Camo Bleach to Camo Pixel – through 22 different finishes and featuring planks, squares and various compositional feasibility that lend themselves to characterize domestic and public settings, as well as unexpected and unconventional environments.
For Berti, this was a great deal of research and development with the use of innovative techniques and painstaking material research. At a stagnant time for the parquet market in Italy, once again Berti confirms its creative and experimental spirit.
Berti will also be a technical sponsor of Diesel at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, scheduled for April 14-19, 2015. We invite you all to take a closer look at the 400 square meters of Wood Flooring along the Diesel booth.
