Berti Flooring Wood again this year at the Vintage Festival in Padua
This weekend sees the return of the Vintage Festival in Padua, a leading event on image culture and style research in contemporary retro, which will crowd the San Gaetano Cultural Center in Padua with enthusiasts and the curious from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13, 2015.

For Berti Pavimenti Legno this is the third experience at the Vintage Festival, after the 2013 and 2014 editions it was decided to replicate given the wide cultural horizons offered by this kermesse, whose mood is close to the company’s philosophy,
The first edition(here is the dedicated article) had seen the installation of some parquet floors made with a conceptual design specifically for the event while last year(here is the dedicated article) the two performance parquet floors, the Twister Floor revisiting the famous vintage game and the Face Hole, were all the rage.
This year is the sixth edition (the first one was held in 2010) of a unique and innovative event that has been able to distinguish itself from other events orbiting the Vintage world by capturing the attention not only of industry insiders, but also of amateurs and the curious; an audience that with its 37,000 attendees (40,000 expected this year) is growing in number and diversity. A success that rewards the original combination of fashion, design, music and entertainment for a modern, young and unconventional vintage.
On the agenda are three days full of free events with exclusive meetings and lectures with personalities from design, communication and costume experts, art workshops, evening parties, exhibitions and showcases of international artists. A careful fusion of past and future, craftsmanship and technology with a taste always aimed at the contemporary.

As always, the Vintage Festival will see not only a large fashion and design exhibition with selected exhibitors, but also a series of meetings and workshops with famous guests, such as chef Rubio, famous photographer Gianni Berengo Gardin and GQ editor Carlo Antonelli. In addition to them, Stefano Seletti, patron and art director of the design company of the same name, the world-famous communicator Platinette and many others.
In addition, there will be exhibitions and displays, also at the San Gaetano Cultural Center, as well as side events throughout the city, including Chic Nic at the picturesque setting of the Arena Gardens, right next to the Scrovegni Chapel.
The claim of this year’s Festival is Simplify, a stylistic and cultural mood built around a certain emotional attitude, the concept of simplification as a return to the origins and simplicity of things.
espousing the typical philosophy of slow production, valuing craftsmanship and work ethics, this edition of the Festival will emphasize extremely topical issues, such as sustainability, the excellence that continues to honor our country, the hidden resources of a territory and a generalized rediscovery of the organic and natural dimensions of our everyday life.
During the three-day Festival, you will be able to find a new Berti installation to be discovered on the second floor of the Agora of the San Gaetano Cultural Center. A surface assembled from the fine teak boards of exclusive parquet flooring will be made available, and on this very surface messages can be engraved with a key directly by the public. These messages will then be possible to find them online through on various social networks through the hashstag #bertivintage.
Appointment then starting Friday at the San Gaetano Cultural Center in Padua, we look forward to seeing you there!
